
Sometimes you might feel that life is just not working out as you had hoped it would, or that you are stuck in a way of living that is causing you stress and unhappiness. We can all end up feeling uncertain, insecure and lonely at times. Psychotherapy can provide a warm and empathic space in which to look at and gain and understanding of why we are experiencing difficulties and how we might begin to effect changes.
I am accredited with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and I am experienced in working therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups.I also offer supervision to qualified psychotherapists and counsellors and to trainees who are starting out in the profession.
